The Government of Liberia is said to be investigating Prophet Benedict Jefferson Tweh, Head Pastor of Flaming Fire International Ministry, owner of Flaming Fire FM, for allegedly issuing curses against Liberians through his radio station.
Information Minister Jerelimek Matthew Piah disclosed this on Tuesday, stating that Prophet Tweh has been summoned to respond to numerous complaints about curses directed at Liberians both within the country and abroad.
Minister Piah warned that if Prophet Tweh fails to comply with the summons, his radio station’s operating license will be revoked, and the station shut down.
Recently, a video of Prophet Tweh inaccurately prophesying about a woman during a church service went viral on social media, drawing mixed reactions from the public. While some regard Prophet Tweh as a genuine man of God, others believe this incident is an opportunity for God to expose him.
In response to criticisms on social media, Prophet Tweh allegedly cursed those who spoke against him. Minister Piah emphasized that Prophet Tweh must attend the conference or face consequences, including the revocation of his radio station license.
