Kenya’s Radio Africa Group has eulogized Aleem Manji as a passionate radio host with an indelible contribution.
The Africa Radio Group Human Resource Manager Jemima Ngode said Manji’s professional legacy and vision will be carried forward.
“As we mourn Aleem Manji today, let’s remember his professional legacy, his indelible contributions, his unmatched passion. And let’s carry forward his vision, his dedication, and his pursuit of excellence. For, that is the best tribute we can offer him, the most fitting farewell to our esteemed colleague,” she said.

Aleem Amin Abdul Manji died on November 12 aged 45 years.
The celebrated East FM breakfast radio host’s funeral will be held on Tuesday, November 14 at 9.15 am at the Aga Khan Complex and Pavilion.
Married to Seema Sarkar Manji for 13 years, the couple is blessed with two children.
“It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that we announce the sudden demise of our breakfast presenter Aleem Manji. We will miss you Aleem. Over 15 years of laughter, warmth, and immense joy,” East FM said in a statement.
“Heaven earned itself an Angel. You have been nothing but an amazing friend, brother, and teammate at East FM. May your soul rest in eternal peace. Let us keep his family, friends, and fellow colleagues in our thoughts and prayers.”
