Starting on Monday, 2 September, the station will introduce the new and improved lunch show, featuring Fresh by Caddy and Yvette Floss as they take over the lunch time with their midday slot from midday to 15:00.

According to the station, Yvette Floss has been a key player in the station’s line-up, previously hosting Nights Like This on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings for the past two years. Her impressive track record also includes standing in for daytime presenters, showcasing her versatility and dedication to the station.

The new Lunch League Show promises an invigorating blend of entertainment, music and interactive segments designed to make lunchtime a highlight of the day for listeners. With Fresh By Caddy and Yvette Floss at the helm, listeners can anticipate an engaging and lively show that will set the tone for the rest of the afternoon, the station says.

In conjunction with this announcement, Y is also switching up its evening programming.

In addition to her Saturday show The Rizz, renowned media personality Shamiso Mosaka will take over Yvette Floss’s former slot on Nights Like This, bringing her own vibrant energy and insightful commentary to the show on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 22:00 to midnight.
