CEO Rich Redmond partners with The Alzana Group to acquire Broadcast Electronics

Broadcast Electronics® announced that it has been acquired by a new ownership group led by its CEO Rich Redmond, as well as majority investor The Alzana Group, LLC (“Alzana”) of Boston, MA. The transaction was structured as an asset purchase from previous owner ELENOS S.r.l. of Italy, and the company will continue to operate as Broadcast Electronics, but under a new legal entity named BE Systems, Inc.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
