East Coast Radio has announced that it will be launching its Summer Body Bootcamp. It will be hosted by Drive Show host Stacey Norman. The bootcamp will take place on Saturday, 26 February at Chris Saunders Park in Umhlanga.
The theme for this event is ‘Love Your Body’. According to the station, there is no better time to boost your body confidence than in the month of love.
The East Coast Radio Summer Body Bootcamp aims to have all individuals celebrating bodies of all shapes and sizes. The bootcamp offers the following workouts:
Kick and HIIT class, a functional core and strength training workout, and a yoga cool down.
The instructor line-up for the 2022 Summer Body Bootcamp are Yolanda Sokhela, who will lead the Kick and HIIT cardio session; Michelle Strydom, for the functional core and strength training session, and East Coast Radio’s wellness coach and yogi, Keri Miller will be hosting the yoga session.
Participants will receive a branded goodie bag.
The station however disclosed that Covid-19 protocols will be observed, throughout the bootcamp. Meanwhile, tickets are available online, for R120.
