Farmington Radio gets new station manager

Farmington Radio, a private radio station operating in the Liberian town of Cotton Tree in Lower Margibi has appointed Sando Howard as its new station manager.

Howard, an experienced radio broadcaster was appointed last week, after serving as the station’s head of programs, for three years.

He replaced John Taylor, who has been redundant along with three others, following the reopening of the station, after it went off the airwaves for a short period, on technical breakdowns.

Howard has praised the station board of trustees headed by Rev. Joseph Charlie, for his preferment.

In a social media post, the new station manager also thanked the Chief Executive Officer of Farmington FM, Ivar Jones for his support to the station. Jones is the representative of Margibi district #2 in the 54th National Legislature.
